  • Keynote presentation:

  • COI Masterclass – 8 Month Program:
    • Specific start dates every 3 months, pending availability. Curriculum has three sections: Business model immersion with 4 straight weeks of live, virtual presentations, followed by individual COI analysis to create business plan for the advisor, followed by five months of group sessions, which are a force multiplier in live fire experience. Access to all content in video. Consultation and on-going coaching on all content. Includes direct participation with Advisor and COIs by phone or zoom.
    • $15K. Option to roll into Study Group after program completion at $2.5K/month.

  • Group Workshop:
    • In Person: Up to 25 people. Advisors leave session understanding the business model in full and ready to take action.

    • $32.5K (plus travel expenses)

  • One-on-One Consulting with Individual or Team:
    • Consultation and on-going coaching on all content, plus a Custom COI Analysis that functions as your core business plan COI by COI.
      Includes direct participation with Advisor and their COIs by phone or zoom.
    • $19.5K Initial in person meeting for a full day (plus travel expenses) and first month (4 additional one hour sessions).
      $3K/month for ongoing support virtually.

  • Study Group:
    • Join anytime pending availability. Access to all content in video format, allowing advisors to rapidly come up to speed on business model. Group sessions and on-going coaching on all content. Includes direct participation with Advisor and COIs by phone or zoom.
    • $5K/month for ongoing support virtually with a four month minimum.

  • Individual Discovery Practice Sessions:
    • The ability to do effective discovery is critical to identifying and growing a COI relationship, but it requires experience to become proficient. For this reason, we offer live practice sessions on an individual basis. Your coach will assume several COI roles and you’ll get the chance to get great at discovery before it counts. $400/hour.
